Management and planning

It is the process of effective planning and regulating the operations of our factory which is responsible for the actual transformation of materials into the finished products. Our factory managing team deals with decision-making related to the production process so that the resulting goods and services are produced in accordance with the quantitative specifications and demand schedule.

Sourcing Raw Materials

The raw material is everything to glasses, and it can be stainless steel, copper, PC, TR90, acetate, titanium or monel, which are used to produce glasses frames. A qualified material determines whether the glasses are high quality or cheap quality from nature.

In this phase, all requirements, details, and test standards will be defined clearly to all our raw material suppliers. The raw material will be tested according to the customer’s standards before mass production. After all demanded raw material arrives our factory, all details will be checked closely before next production.

Packaging

Glasses field is a highly divided industry, and every component is finished by an individual specified component manufacturer. Therefore, each participant involved in the customer’s order must collaborate closely, guided by the glasses factory which is us.

In this phase, all requirements, details, and test standards will be defined clearly to all our components suppliers, which will be tested according to customer’s standards before mass production. All components should be made of materials that are not flammable, toxic, and allergic under normal use. After all demanded components arrive at our factory, all details will be checked closely before the next production.

Production Line

To manufacture a product, we are going to predict the future demand for our products. Considering there will be a material waste, the quantity of raw material must be controlled precisely at each step, soldering, painting, plating, assembly, packing…… etc, to make sure the final finished goods meet the customer’s order quantity. Therefore, experienced staff from us will check the quantity and quality at each step, to avoid any hidden problems before glasses assembly.

In this phase, every device should also be made of materials that are non-toxic, which do not produce an allergic reaction under normal use. Pre-production will be sent for approval.

Assembly&packing

All packaging material, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, cartons, etc…., will be in a position in time so the shipment won’t be delayed. Pre-packs of shipment samples and model store samples will be sent to the customer immediately when we start the assembly, as well as testing samples. Following the customer’s packing and printing instructions, a final inspection will be done before packing, to make sure the goods are qualified.

Shipment

After starting packing of goods, all documents will be done according to actual weight and CBM. All boxes and cartons will be checked before shipment, making sure there is no damage.
